How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitched the breathable pad directly into the nylon run so it cannot slide down the webbing while you walk. It keeps the cushion centered over your shoulder collar even as your bag shifts position.

Dual balance buckles

A pair of slide buckles lets you pull webbing evenly from both ends. This balance system locks down under tension, stopping the nylon from creeping longer when you carry a heavy load.

Aluminum swivel hooks

The alloy hooks rotate 360 degrees to keep the strap flat without twists. We opened up the gate clearance so the snaps click onto thick D-rings and cast eyelets without catching.

Adjustable nylon webbing

The total reach ranges from 37 inches up to 57 inches end to end. The woven nylon holds its flat shape against everyday wear and resists edge fraying across years of daily commuting.
