How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The 12.6 inch pad stays anchored directly to the strap body rather than sliding free. We build the core from memory foam, neoprene, and breathable underside mesh to distribute weight evenly without digging in during long walks.

Dual balanced adjusters

Two slides let you pull webbing from both ends to position the pad exactly where you want it. The strap extends from 43 inches out to 78 inches, holding fast under load without slipping loose as your bag bounces.

Cast swivel hardware

We fit the strap with aluminum alloy snap hooks that rotate 360 degrees on their mounts. The wide gate opening clears thick D-rings on duffels, briefcases, and travel bags, rated to support heavy gear without warping.

Jacquard weave webbing

The black and red superfine fiber braiding is smooth to the touch, resisting edge fraying and snags under regular friction. It adds subtle contrast against plain dark bag shells while staying neat under fluorescent office lighting.

Before you commit

The 78 inches quoted here are end to end at the longest setting, hook tip to hook tip. Measure the strap you are replacing the same way, because a shoulder-to-hip figure will send you a size short.
