How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly into the center line using memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh. Because the pad cannot slide along the webbing, you avoid constant adjustments while walking with a loaded messenger bag or duffel.

Dual balanced adjustment

Slide adjusters sit on both tails of the 1.5 inch wide webbing. Shortening or lengthening both sides evenly keeps the load balanced on your collarbone and stops the strap from shifting its length when the carry gets heavy.

Aluminum alloy hooks

Each end terminates in a swiveling aluminum alloy clasp rated for 50 kilograms. We cast the gate wide to snap easily over thick D-rings, luggage loops, and briefcase anchors, rotating 360 degrees to prevent line twists.

Dark gray braided nylon

The dark gray weave hides rub marks from subway turnstiles and office carpets. We weave superfine synthetic fibers into dense webbing that feels smooth to the touch while resisting fraying at the edges over years of daily transit.
