How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the memory foam pad directly into position along the center line. It combines neoprene and breathable mesh over a core that resists flattening, so the padding stays under your shoulder without creeping down the webbing while you walk.

Dual balanced buckles

Two adjustment slides let you take in slack from both ends equally. This keeps the thick 12.6 inch pad centered on your body, while the hardware grips the nylon webbing firmly to prevent slipping when your pack is loaded.

Alloy swivel hooks

The snap hooks are cast from aluminum alloy with a wide throat that clips quickly onto thick D-rings. A smooth 360-degree swivel base stops the webbing from twisting itself into cords when you swing the bag over a shoulder.

Webbing and dimensions

The strap adjusts from 43 inches up to 78 inches in full length, measured hook to hook. At 1.5 inches wide, the woven webbing distributes weight evenly across your chest, whether clipped to a messenger case or a loaded gym holdall.
