How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6-inch pad directly into place so it cannot slide down the webbing. Memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh cushion heavy loads across a 2.8-inch width without trapping heat against your shirt.

Dual balance buckles

Two balance clasps let you shorten or lengthen the strap from both ends independently. This keeps the pad centered on your shoulder while holding your set length between 43 inches and 78 inches under load.

Aluminum alloy hooks

We chose aluminum alloy swivel hooks tested to hold up to 50 kg. The wide gate snaps over thick D-rings on laptop bags and luggage, while full 360-degree rotation stops the strap from twisting.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5-inch brown webbing uses superfine fiber braiding that feels soft against clothing but resists fraying. The brown tone hides minor dirt from daily commutes and wipes down clean with a damp cloth.
