How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6-inch pad directly into the webbing line so it cannot slide out of position. The core combines memory foam and neoprene with breathable mesh on the underside to soften heavy hauls.

Dual balance adjusters

Two separate slide buckles let you shorten or lengthen webbing from both ends independently. This keeps the thick shoulder pad centred on your body rather than pulling awkwardly to one side when adjusting.

Aluminum swivel hooks

The alloy clasps rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent the webbing from twisting on the move. We shaped the snap mouth wide enough to clip onto thick D-rings on duffels and briefcases.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5-inch wide strap uses a fine-braid nylon weave that stays soft in the hand yet resists friction wear. The striped pattern hides light scuffs and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
