How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder pad

We build the pad directly into the webbing so it cannot slide down the strap. The core uses memory foam backed with ventilated mesh and neoprene to spread weight over your collarbone without trapping heat.

Balanced dual adjusters

Two aluminum buckles let you alter the drop from both ends between 37 inches and 75 inches. This setup keeps the shoulder pad centered instead of pulling it toward one clasp.

Woven jacquard webbing

We construct the 1.5 inch wide band with superfine fiber braiding that handles loads up to 50 kilograms. The blue gold jacquard weave resists fuzzing and pairs naturally with dark canvas or leather luggage.

Swivel snap hardware

The aluminum alloy clasps rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent the webbing from twisting. We widened the hook gate opening so it snaps onto thick bag D-rings without scratching the finish.
