How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The 12.6 inch pad combines memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh directly onto the webbing. Because we stitch it in place, it will not slide down the strap when you swing the bag forward.

Balanced dual adjusters

We place slide buckles on both sides of the center pad. You adjust webbing from either end so the strap stays symmetric between 37 inches and 75 inches without pulling the padding off center.

Aluminum alloy swivels

The snap hooks rotate a full 360 degrees on solid aluminum alloy hardware. We widened the gate opening so clipping onto thick D-rings on duffels or tool bags takes zero fiddling.

Dense nylon webbing

We weave superfine nylon fibers into a 1.5 inch wide band that resists fraying at the edges. The purple webbing wipes clean with a damp cloth if it picks up dust from the floor.
