How this one is put together

Anchored shoulder pad

The 12.6 inch pad stays stitched in place so it cannot slide down the webbing. We layer memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh inside a 2.8 inch wide profile to disperse the bite of a loaded duffel.

Dual length adjustment

Two balanced buckles let you pull slack from either side of the center pad. The overall span runs from 37 inches up to 75 inches, keeping the cushion centered whether worn short on the shoulder or across the chest.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave the 1.5 inch wide belt from fine-fiber nylon that feels smooth in hand yet handles loads up to 50 kg. The khaki shade hides dust from daily transit and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Aluminum alloy swivels

The solid alloy clasp rotates 360 degrees to keep the strap from twisting during a walk. We shaped the hook opening slightly wider than usual hardware to snap cleanly onto thick D-rings without binding.
