How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The 12.6-inch pad is stitched in place using thick memory foam, neoprene, and a breathable mesh base. It distributes heavy gear evenly across your shoulder without sliding down the webbing during a walk.

Dual balanced buckles

We fitted sliders on both tails of the 1.5-inch nylon webbing. You adjust both ends to keep the cushion centered on your shoulder, while the clasps hold your set length firmly under load.

Alloy swivel snap hooks

Our aluminum alloy hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent the yellow strap from twisting. The wide gate opening snaps quickly onto thick D-rings on tool bags, briefcases, or travel duffels.

Dense nylon webbing

The fine-fiber woven ribbon carries up to 50 kg without stretching out of shape. The bright yellow finish resists surface abrasion well and wipes clean with a damp cloth after a long trip.
