How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam cushion

We stitched the pad directly into the run so it cannot wander down the webbing. Memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh combine across 12.6 inches to spread weight evenly across your shoulder.

Dual balanced adjustment

Buckles on both ends allow adjustment from 37 inches to 75 inches. Shortening both tails equally keeps the thick pad centered on top of your shoulder, preventing the strap hardware from digging into your chest.

Superfine nylon webbing

We weave the 1.5-inch band from dense nylon superfine fiber with a smooth hand feel. The gray shade hides dust from daily transit, and the weave is rated to support up to 50 kilograms.

Rotational alloy hardware

Each end terminates in a solid aluminum alloy clasp built with a wide opening. The hooks rotate 360 degrees freely to stop the webbing from twisting when you clip onto standard D-rings.

Before you commit

The 75 inches quoted here are end to end at the longest setting, hook tip to hook tip. Measure the strap you are replacing the same way, because a shoulder-to-hip figure will send you a size short.
