How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The 12.6 inch pad combines memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene. Because we anchor the pad directly to the webbing, it cannot slide down the strap while you walk.

Dual adjusters

Two balanced slider buckles let you trim length from both ends. This keeps the thick shoulder pad centered over your collarbone whether the total run is set to 37 inches or 75 inches.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave superfine fiber nylon into a 1.5 inch wide band rated for heavy loads. The dark gray surface resists friction fuzz, stays flexible in cold air, and sheds everyday dust.

Swivel alloy snap hooks

Solid aluminum alloy hooks rotate a full 360 degrees so the webbing never twists into a knot. The gate opening fits broad D-rings on tool bags, duffels, and laptop briefcases.
