How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly in place so it stays on the crest of your shoulder. The core uses thick memory foam backed with ventilated mesh and neoprene to spread heavy loads evenly.

Dual slide adjusters

Buckles sit on both ends of the strap rather than one. You pull webbing through each side to balance the length, which keeps the padding centered whether the strap is set to 37 inches or 74 inches.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide webbing is woven from soft superfine nylon fiber. It holds its shape under tension, resists rough abrasion against coat fabric, and supports working loads up to 50 kg without stretching out.

Aluminum alloy swivels

Each end terminates in a solid aluminum alloy clasp with full 360-degree rotation. The wide jaw opening clips smoothly onto thick D-rings on heavy duffels, tool bags, and padded laptop cases without binding.
