How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6-inch pad directly into the webbing so it cannot wander down your chest. Inside, memory foam and neoprene spread the load, backed with breathable mesh that sits soft against your shirt without slipping.

Dual buckle adjustment

Two slide buckles let you lengthen or shorten the strap evenly from 37 inches out to 74 inches. This symmetrical design keeps the cushion locked over your collarbone while holding firm under loads up to 50 kg.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5-inch wide brown webbing uses superfine fiber braiding that feels smooth in hand yet resists fraying. The earthy tone pairs well with canvas or dark leather gear and hides garage scuffs effectively.

Aluminum alloy clips

We chose cast aluminum alloy for the clasp ends to ensure strength without adding dead weight. Each snap hook rotates a full 360 degrees to prevent twists and features a wide gate opening for fast latching.
