How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder pad

We stitched the cushion directly into place on the webbing. Built from memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene, the 12.6 inch pad cushions heavy bags without sliding out of position while you walk.

Dual adjusters

Two balanced slides let you pull webbing from both ends. This keeps the thick shoulder section centred, and the hardware holds firm under load without slipping loose or stretching out under weight.

Woven khaki nylon

The 1.5 inch wide webbing uses braided nylon with fine fibers for a pliable hand feel. The khaki tone hides dust well and takes rough daily handling without fraying under loads up to 50 kilograms.

Swivel snap hooks

We cast the hardware from solid aluminum alloy with a wide gate opening. The hooks rotate 360 degrees to prevent strap twists and snap directly onto thick D-rings on messenger bags or duffels.
