How this one is put together

Fixed pad position

We stitched the shoulder pad directly in place so it cannot wander down the webbing. Memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh cushion the load, staying put without sliding off your coat.

Dual buckle adjustment

Buckles on both ends adjust the overall run from 37 inches up to 74 inches. This dual setup lets you keep the pad centered no matter how high or low your bag hangs.

Braided nylon strength

The main webbing uses superfine fiber braided nylon rated to handle 50 kilograms. It feels pliable in hand, resists fraying at the edges, and holds its set length under heavy loads.

Cast aluminum hooks

We fit aluminum alloy snap hooks that rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent strap twists. The wide-mouth gate clips quickly over thick metal D-rings, luggage anchors, and gear loops.
