How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6-inch pad directly into the strap run so it cannot slide down the webbing. Inside, memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh work together to distribute heavy loads without digging into your neck.

Dual adjusters

Two separate buckles allow you to pull webbing from both ends evenly. This keeps the cushion anchored on your shoulder while you set the total drop length between 37 inches and 74 inches.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave superfine nylon fibers into a dense 1.5-inch band that holds up to fifty kilograms of pull. The blue, white, and red pattern resists fraying and handles daily commuting without softening at the edges.

Aluminum swivel hardware

Our clasp hooks use high-strength aluminum alloy with full 360-degree rotation. The wide jaw opening clips smoothly onto large D-rings, eyelets, and standard luggage anchor points without jamming or binding under load.

Before you commit

The 74 inches quoted here are end to end at the longest setting, hook tip to hook tip. Measure the strap you are replacing the same way, because a shoulder-to-hip figure will send you a size short.
