How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The center pad is stitched directly into the line so it never slides down the webbing. We layered ventilated mesh, soft neoprene, and dense memory foam inside a 12.6 inch sleeve to cushion heavy loads on daily walks.

Dual adjustment slides

Two tension buckles let you pull webbing evenly from both sides between 37 inches and 60 inches. This keeps the thick pad centered on top of your shoulder while preventing the clasps from slipping under weight.

Woven nylon webbing

We weave the 1.5 inch wide belt from high-density nylon with superfine fiber braiding. The surface feels smooth against knitwear, resists fraying, and holds firm under loads tested up to 50 kilograms.

Aluminum swivel hooks

Each end terminates in a solid aluminum alloy clasp that rotates a full 360 degrees. The metal hardware clips quickly onto laptop bags or tool cases without twisting the dark green strap while you walk.
