How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

The cushion uses ventilated mesh, neoprene, and memory foam sewn directly to the webbing. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide, staying firmly on your collarbone without shifting along the strap.

Dual buckle adjustment

Two balance buckles let you shorten or lengthen webbing from both ends between 37 inches and 60 inches total. This keeps the thick shoulder pad centered while holding your adjusted setting under load.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave superfine fibers into a dense 1.5-inch nylon band rated for loads up to 50 kilograms. The weave feels soft against clothing but resists curling along the edges during daily carry.

Aluminum swivel hardware

The ends terminate in aluminum alloy snap hooks that rotate 360 degrees. They clip directly onto standard D-rings without binding, keeping the strap flat as your bag moves.
