How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly to the webbing so it cannot slide away. The core pairs memory foam with neoprene and breathable mesh, spreading heavy loads over a 2.8 inch width.

Dual balance adjusters

Two slides let you pull webbing from both sides instead of one. This keeps the pad centered right on your collarbone, preventing the strap from shifting or creeping under uneven tension.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide belt uses superfine fiber nylon braiding. It resists fraying, handles up to 50 kg of static load, and wipes down easily with a damp cloth after a long trip.

Cast aluminum swivel hardware

Solid aluminum alloy hooks rotate 360 degrees to prevent line twists on the go. The snap gates clip cleanly into standard D-rings on messenger bags, briefcases, and travel holdalls.
