How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We layered memory foam, neoprene, and ventilated mesh into a 12.6-inch pad stitched directly to the webbing. It stays positioned over your shoulder so you do not spend your walk sliding it back into place.

Dual adjustment buckles

A slider on each side allows you to shorten or extend the strap while keeping the thick pad centered. The hardware holds its position firmly under loads up to 50 kg without slipping.

Braided nylon webbing

We use superfine fiber braided nylon measuring 1.5 inches wide. The weave feels soft against clothing, resists fraying at the edges, and handles heavy daily gear without stretching out of shape.

Aluminum alloy hooks

Both ends finish with solid aluminum alloy clips that rotate a full 360 degrees. They snap cleanly onto standard D-rings without binding or twisting the strap as you walk.
