How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We set the 12.6 inch pad in a fixed position using memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene. The core does not slide around your collarbone when you walk, spreading load evenly across the shoulder.

Balanced dual buckles

Two independent slide buckles let you shorten or lengthen webbing from either end. This adjustment keeps the thick cushion centered on top of your shoulder without forcing the pad toward your chest or back.

Aluminum swivel hooks

The metal snap hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to stop the 1.5 inch wide webbing from twisting up. We cast them from hard aluminum alloy so they lock firmly onto briefcases and messenger bags.

Braided nylon webbing

The webbing extends from 37 inches up to 60 inches to suit varied carry heights. We chose superfine braided nylon in camouflage gray for a smooth hand feel that resists fraying under daily commuting use.
