How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We built the 12.6-inch pad directly into the strap body so it cannot slide down the webbing. Memory foam and ventilated neoprene absorb the bite of a heavy load, while the underside mesh lets heat escape during a long walk.

Dual adjustment buckles

Adjusting from both ends keeps the central pad centered over your shoulder. The twin hardware sliders hold their setting under weight, extending the total strap length from 37 inches out to 60 inches across the 1.5-inch wide webbing.

Braided nylon webbing

The main belt uses superfine fiber braiding that stays soft against clothing while handling loads up to 50 kilograms. It rolls up cleanly without fraying at the edges or binding inside the adjustment slides.

Aluminum alloy hooks

Each end terminates in a solid aluminum alloy clasp with full 360-degree rotation. The metal snaps directly onto standard D-rings without binding, preventing the strap from twisting up when you swing your bag off the bench.
