We built this replacement strap for heavy laptop carry and loaded duffels. How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

The cushion measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide, anchored directly to the strap so it stays put on your shoulder. We layer memory foam with breathable mesh and neoprene to soften heavy carry across long walks.

Balanced dual adjusters

Two slider buckles let you trim the strap length from 37 inches up to 60 inches. Adjusting both ends keeps the fixed cushion centered on your shoulder instead of sliding off toward the bag hardware.

Braided nylon webbing

We use tightly braided nylon with superfine fiber that feels smooth to handle yet supports loads up to 50 kilograms. The 1.5 inch wide ribbon resists twisting under tension and sheds daily abrasion cleanly.

Alloy swivel hardware

Solid aluminum alloy clasps clip onto standard D-rings and rotate 360 degrees to prevent line twists. The metal gates snap shut firmly, maintaining their hold under the weight of tool bags and travel packs.
