How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

We stitched the 12.6-inch pad directly into place so it cannot slide down the webbing. Layers of memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh cushion the collarbone against heavy downward pull.

Balanced dual adjusters

Buckles on both sides let you pull webbing evenly from each end. The strap adjusts from 37 inches to 60 inches, keeping the wide pad centered squarely on your shoulder.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5-inch wide camouflage green band is woven from superfine nylon fibers. It sits flat against outerwear, resists fraying at the edges, and hides scuffs from daily commutes.

Aluminium alloy hardware

We fitted solid aluminium alloy snap hooks that rotate 360 degrees on their base. The spring gates snap cleanly onto D-rings without binding or twisting under heavy loads.
