How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We built the pad with memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene stitched directly into place. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide, spreading heavy weight across your collarbone without sliding down the webbing.

Dual balance buckles

Two sliders let you trim length evenly from both ends instead of pulling from one side. This keeps the thick padding centered on your shoulder while holding firm against loads up to 50 kilograms.

Braided nylon webbing

We use superfine fiber nylon braiding at 1.5 inches wide for the main body. The tight weave resists edge fraying, handles daily abrasion against wool coats, and wipes clean with a damp cloth if it catches road grit.

Aluminum swivel hooks

Solid aluminum alloy clasps rotate a full 360 degrees on their posts. They clip directly onto standard D-rings on laptop briefcases and duffels without twisting the strap out of shape as you walk.
