How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

We stitched the shoulder pad directly in place so it cannot slide down the webbing. The cushion pairs dense memory foam with ventilated mesh and neoprene, measuring 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide to spread heavy loads evenly.

Dual balancing buckles

Buckles on both ends let you shorten or lengthen the strap while keeping the padded section centered. The adjustment clasps hold their position under tension, preventing the webbing from slipping when your bag is loaded up to 50 kg.

Fine fiber nylon webbing

The strap body uses superfine fiber braided nylon measuring 1.5 inches across. The weave feels soft against clothing, resists fraying along the edges, and handles daily friction from messenger bags, tool bags, or instrument cases without stretching out.

Aluminum alloy swivel hooks

Each end terminates in a hard aluminum alloy hook that rotates a full 360 degrees. The swivel action stops the webbing from twisting on your shoulder and clips cleanly onto D-rings or equivalent metal luggage mounts.

Before you commit

The 60 inches quoted here are end to end at the longest setting, hook tip to hook tip. Measure the strap you are replacing the same way, because a shoulder-to-hip figure will send you a size short.
