How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

The cushion uses a core of memory foam faced with ventilated mesh and neoprene. Because we stitched the pad directly to the webbing, it stays put on your shoulder instead of sliding down the strap when you walk.

Dual adjustment buckles

A slider sits on each side of the pad. This lets you dial in the drop from 37 inches to 60 inches while keeping the 12.6 inch pad centered directly over your shoulder joint.

Braided nylon webbing

The main webbing measures 1.5 inches wide, woven from superfine nylon fibers that feel soft in the hand. The tight weave carries heavy laptop bags and duffels up to 50 kilograms without stretching out.

Aluminum alloy swivel hardware

We fitted both ends with aluminum alloy snap hooks that rotate 360 degrees. The metal clips onto standard D-rings quickly and turns freely so the strap avoids twisting under load.
