How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The 12.6 inch pad combines memory foam, ventilated mesh, and neoprene directly stitched to the webbing. It stays locked on your shoulder without sliding, softening the pull of loaded travel bags and heavy instrument cases.

Dual balance adjusters

Buckles on both sides let you shorten or extend the strap from 37 inches up to 59 inches. Adjusting both ends keeps the central pad balanced squarely over your shoulder as your haul changes.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave superfine fibers into a 1.5 inch wide nylon ribbon capable of holding up to 50 kg. The tight black braiding resists fraying at the edges and stays pliable even in cold weather.

Aluminum alloy swivels

The 360-degree rotating snap hooks use an aluminum alloy build with a wide gate. They clip cleanly onto thick D-rings on duffels, camera cases, and messenger bags without binding or accidental release.
