How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

We stitched the pad directly into the webbing so it cannot slide down the strap. Inside sits memory foam layered with neoprene and ventilated mesh. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide to spread heavy luggage weight evenly.

Dual balance buckles

Two slide buckles let you take up slack from both ends of the strap. This keeps the thick shoulder pad centered right on your shoulder, even when you adjust the overall length between 37 inches and 59 inches.

Aluminum alloy swivel hooks

The metal hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent the webbing from twisting. We cast them with a wide snap-ring opening that clips onto thick D-rings on tool bags, duffels, and laptop cases without sticking.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide strap uses superfine fiber braided nylon rated for heavy work. The Black Rose pattern hides rub marks from metal hardware, and the smooth weave glides cleanly against cotton shirts and wool coats.

Before you commit
