We built this replacement strap for heavy work bags and loaded duffels. The Gray Silver jacquard webbing has a subtle sheen that blends neatly against dark or light briefcases, measuring up to fifty-nine inches when pulled fully out. Two side buckles let you set the length while keeping the thick shoulder pad exactly where it belongs.

How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We set a thick memory foam pad directly into the run so it will not slide down your arm. Breathable mesh and neoprene sit against your collarbone to cushion the haul.

Dual balance buckles

Adjustment buckles sit on both sides of the center cushion. Shorten or lengthen each end independently to keep the padded section resting squarely over your shoulder under heavy weight.

Braided nylon webbing

The webbing uses a superfine fiber nylon braid rated for loads up to fifty kilograms. It is one and a half inches wide, with Gray Silver yarns woven directly into the jacquard pattern.

Aluminum swivel hooks

We cast the hardware in solid aluminum alloy with three hundred and sixty degree swivels. The wide jaw opening snaps quickly over thick D-rings on tool bags, instrument cases, and luggage.
