How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We built the pad with memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh stitched directly to the webbing. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide, staying centered on your shoulder instead of sliding down while you walk.

Dual balance adjustment

Two metal buckles let you shorten or lengthen each tail independently between 37 inches and 59 inches. This keeps the thick shoulder pad centered over your collarbone regardless of how high you carry the bag.

Cast alloy swivels

The solid aluminum alloy hardware rotates a full 360 degrees to prevent the nylon strap from twisting. We sized the snap gate wide enough to clip onto thick luggage D-rings, tool duffels, or heavy camera bags.

Jacquard nylon weave

The black gold pattern combines soft fiber braiding with high tensile strength. It resists edge fraying under heavy tension and brushes clean with a damp cloth when road grime settles into the weave.
