How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

The cushion uses ventilated mesh, neoprene, and memory foam to soften heavy loads. Because we stitch the pad directly in place, it will not slip down the webbing while you walk. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide.

Dual balance buckles

Two adjustment buckles let you shorten or lengthen both ends independently from 37 inches up to 59 inches. This layout keeps the shoulder pad centered regardless of your height, preventing the webbing from slipping under sudden shifts in weight.

Aluminum alloy swivel hooks

We cast the hardware from solid aluminum alloy with a 360-degree swivel and a wider jaw opening. The anti-off snap gate clips quickly onto thick D-rings and handles weights up to 50 kilograms without bending.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide strap relies on dense superfine fiber braiding that feels smooth against clothing. The Butterfly pattern adds color to plain dark luggage shells, while the edges resist fraying under daily commutes.
