How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We build the pad from memory foam, neoprene, and a breathable mesh underside. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide, anchored directly to the webbing so it will not wander down your back when you walk.

Dual balance buckles

A buckle sits on each side of the central pad. Shorten or lengthen either tail to set the total reach between 37 inches and 59 inches while keeping the thickest padding directly on top of your shoulder.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5-inch wide strap relies on a superfine fiber braid. It feels smooth against rough coat fabrics, resists fraying at the edges, and handles heavy gym bags or loaded camera kits without stretching out.

Aluminum alloy hooks

Each end terminates in a swiveling aluminum alloy clasp with an anti-off snap ring. The wider gate opening clips cleanly over thick D-rings, and the full 360-degree rotation stops the strap from twisting on the move.
