How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

We stitch the 12.6 inch pad directly to the webbing so it cannot slide down your back. A core of memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh distributes the weight of a heavy pack without digging in.

Balanced length adjustment

Two slider buckles let you adjust overall length between 37 inches and 59 inches. Shortening both tails equally keeps the 2.8 inch wide pad centered on your shoulder, even when carrying awkward loads.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide webbing uses fine nylon fibers for a smooth hand feel that resists fraying. In dark blue, the weave conceals minor scuffs and matches dark canvas or leather bags naturally.

Swivel snap hooks

Aluminum alloy clips rotate a full 360 degrees to prevent the strap from twisting. The wide snap opening hooks onto thick D-rings quickly, built to support up to 50 kg without bending.
