We built this 59 inch replacement strap around a central pad that cannot slide down the webbing. Two adjustment buckles let you shorten or lengthen either side independently, so the cushion stays seated squarely on your shoulder under heavy loads. The blue and white stripe weave adds a clean contrast against dark briefcases.

How this one is put together

Fixed memory foam pad

We stitched the 12.6 inch pad directly to the webbing to prevent sliding. It layers memory foam under ventilated mesh and soft neoprene to distribute heavy bag weight evenly across your collarbone.

Dual balance buckles

Adjusters sit on both ends of the strap so you can keep the pad centered. The hardware locks down securely without slipping when you shift from hand carry to your shoulder.

Woven nylon webbing

The 1.5 inch wide braided nylon handles loads up to 50 kg without stretching. The fine-fiber weave feels smooth against clothing, and the blue and white stripe pattern hides scuffs from daily commuting.

Aluminum alloy swivels

The solid metal snap hooks rotate a full 360 degrees to keep the webbing flat. A wider gate opening clips cleanly onto thick D-rings on tool bags, duffels, and laptop cases.
