How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The pad is built from memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh stitched directly in place. It measures 12.6 inches long by 2.8 inches wide so it does not drift off your collarbone during a brisk walk.

Woven stripe webbing

We weave superfine fiber nylon into a dense 1.5-inch band tested up to 50 kg. The yellow, white, and grey pattern adds contrast to plain briefcases without showing dirt quickly under daily contact.

Dual balance buckles

Buckles on both ends adjust between 37 inches and 59 inches. You shorten or lengthen each side independently, which keeps the thick pad centered on top of your shoulder as the load settles.

Alloy swivel hardware

The snap hooks use solid aluminum alloy with a wide gate opening and full 360-degree rotation. They clip cleanly onto thick D-rings on messenger bags, duffels, and travel cases without binding up.
