How this one is put together

Fixed memory-foam pad

We build the 12.6-inch cushion with memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh. Because we secure it in place, it will not slide down your chest or bunch up when you lift the bag.

Dual balance buckles

Two adjustment sliders let you shorten or lengthen webbing on both sides independently. This keeps the pad centered and locks the strap length between 37 inches and 59 inches under load.

Braided nylon webbing

The 1.5-inch wide strap uses superfine fiber braided nylon rated for up to 50 kg. It feels smooth against your neck, resists fraying at the edges, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Aluminum alloy clasps

We fit 360-degree swivel hooks cast from aluminum alloy with wide gate openings. They clip onto thick D-rings without binding, and the snap rings prevent accidental release while walking.
