How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder pad

The pad combines memory foam, neoprene, and breathable mesh across a 12.6-inch span. Because it is fixed in place, it will not slide down the webbing while you walk with a heavy load.

Dual balance buckles

We fit an adjustment slider on each side of the central pad. Shorten or lengthen both tails to keep the thick cushion sitting squarely across your collarbone as bag weight shifts.

Aluminum alloy swivels

Each end terminates in a solid aluminum alloy clasp rated to hold 50 kilograms. The hooks turn a full 360 degrees, which keeps the 1.5-inch nylon webbing from twisting on the hardware.

Webbing and color

We braid the strap from fine nylon fiber that feels smooth against clothing. The pale pink hue softens the utility hardware, resisting marks well and wiping down easily with a damp cloth.
