How this one is put together

Fixed shoulder cushion

The center pad uses memory foam faced with breathable mesh and neoprene. Because we sew it in place, it will not slide down your shoulder when you set the bag down or hoist it back up.

Dual balance sliders

Two independent adjusters let you pull equal slack from both sides, keeping the cushion resting right on top of your shoulder. The webbing stays set between 37 inches and 59 inches without creeping under load.

Cast alloy swivels

The solid aluminum alloy snap hooks turn a full 360 degrees to prevent twists in the 1.5-inch webbing. Their wide-mouth clips latch onto thick D-rings on tool bags, duffels, and laptop briefcases.

Braided nylon webbing

We weave superfine fibers into a smooth nylon ribbon that handles heavy loads up to 50 kilograms. The muted khaki surface shrugs off abrasion and cleans up with a damp cloth after long travel.
